I am not an atheist. I just believe in one less God than you. Much as you believe in one less God than the Romans, and the Greeks, and the hundreds of civilizations before you.(Yes, I know they had more than two Gods, I’m just making a point.)

This is like saying “I’m black and gay, but I don’t want to be called those things because of stereotypes. Call me negro and homosexual instead.” It is all about mechanics and what you allow the word to mean for you. I am a ginger, I am fat, I am atheist, I am all kinds of things, but I am not one who cares enough about what you think of me or what you call me.
